Dnešného dňa som vyhodnotil 4. kolo verejného ponukového konania zverejneného v Obchodnom vestníku dňa 12. 09. 2014, č. OV 175/2014, K017625, v súvislosti s odplatným postúpením pohľadávok úpadcu, spoločnosti EXMONT ENGINEERING, spol. s r.o., so sídlom Domkárska 13, 821 05 Bratislava, IČO: 31 357 873, zapísaných v súpise všeobecnej podstaty zverejnenom v Obchodnom vestníku č. 170/2013 dňa 04. 09. 2013 v znení neskorších zmien, pod súpisovými položkami č. 248 – 249, 251 – 252, 336 – 338 (ďalej len „VPK 1“).

Today the bankruptcy trustee considered the fourth (4.) round of tendering procedure as published in the Commercial Gazette No. 175/2014, K017625 on 12 September 2014 in connection with assignment of claims of the debtor, EXMONT ENGINEERING, spol. s r.o., with its registered office at Domkárska 13, 821 05 Bratislava, business ID No. 31 357 873, kept in the Inventory of the Debtor´s Assets published in the Commercial Gazette No. 170/2013 on 4 September 2013 as amended under items No. 248 – 249, 251 - 252, 336 – 338 (hereinafter the “VPK 1”).

V rámci dvadsať (20) dňovej lehoty na predkladanie ponúk nebola predložená žiadna ponuka, ktorá by spĺňala podmienky uvedené v Oznámení o konaní VPK 1 zverejnenom v Obchodnom vestníku dňa 12. 09. 2014, č. OV 175/2014, K017625.

No offer complying with conditions set forth in the Notification of tendering procedure published in the Commercial Gazette No. OV 175/2014, K017625, on 12 September 2014 was submitted within twenty (20) days.   

Preto vyhodnocujem 4. kolo VPK 1 ako neúspešné.

Therefore, the bankruptcy trustee hereby concludes that the fourth (4.) round of tendering procedure was unsuccessful.
